  2. Product Information We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or any other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you encounter any discrepancies or have questions about a product, please contact us at info@portiersupplies.com before making a purchase.

  3. Ordering and Payments To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to make purchases on behalf of a business entity. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment for orders must be made through the payment methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to the selected payment method.

  1. Shipping and Delivery: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers. We are also not responsible for paying local import fees, which differ per country based on governmental policies (Brexit, Switzerland, etc). Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. Any use of reshipping (forwarding) is at the customer's own risk, in case something gets damaged.

  2. Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may be non-returnable. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

  • In the unlikely event that your purchased wooden box is damaged during shipment, we offer a partial refund of €30 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by your local carriers. Please note that this refund is provided solely to address shipping-related damage and is not a full refund or return of the product. To initiate a refund claim for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 30 of receiving your order, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage. Our team will assess the claim and process the partial refund accordingly. Portier is not responsible for replacing specific accessories included inside the box. However, should you need assistance finding similar items, our customer support team is more than happy to recommend alternatives that you can purchase. Feel free to reach out to us via email for such inquiries.

5.2 Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@portiersupplies.com and provide your order details and reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address, if applicable.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5.3 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow [number] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5.4 Disclaimer: Products Affiliated with Psychedelics Portier Supplies offers products that are affiliated with psychedelics. It is important to note that the use, possession, or distribution of psychedelic substances may be restricted or prohibited by local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with applicable laws, and you release Portier and its affiliates from any liability arising from the violation of such laws. Furthermore, please be aware that the use of psychedelics may have physical and mental health implications. It is highly recommended that you consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any psychedelic-affiliated products. Portier does not endorse or promote the misuse or abuse of any substances, and we encourage not to use any mind-altering substances at all. Please be very aware that mixing substances like psychedelics with medicine or drugs can be very dangerous. Take extreme caution and always do the proper research yourself. The effects of plant medicine heavily depend on context and can be harmful if not used responsibly. These tools are not a cure-all and may not suit everyone. Always seek multiple sources and make informed decisions. Be very careful around SSRI’s and plant medicine and do your research around both. We neither endorse nor ship illegal substances. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portier shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the purchase and use of our products. We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of our website or its content.

  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam/The Hague, The Netherlands.

5.6 Pre-Order Policy

By placing a Ceremonybox pre-order and completing the checkout process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Pre-Order Reservation: By pre-ordering our product, you are reserving your place in line for its release. The product is currently under development and will be shipped to you once it becomes available.

  2. Liability: While we strive to provide accurate information about the product, specifications, features, and design may be subject to change before release. We are not liable for any changes or discrepancies between the pre-ordered product and the final product. You acknowledge that both the design of the product and the included contents are subject to change.

  3. Discounted Pre-Order Price: As a token of appreciation for your early commitment, you will receive a set discount off the regular price of the product, as displayed on our website and in emails at the time of your order. This discount can vary over time, as we get closer to the product release. This discount is applicable only for pre-orders and will not be available after the product's release.

  4. Release Date: While we strive to deliver the product by the estimated release date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to the expected release date. The delivery of the Ceremonyboxbox can take up until the end of 2023, or even into 2024. 

  5. Changes and Cancellations: If you change your mind, you are eligible to a full refund before August 31st 2023 (excluding 2% payment costs). After August 31st 2023, you’re able to cancel your order and get 50% refund on your pre-order (excluding 2%payment costs)

  6. Payment Authorization: By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method immediately. This payment will be processed as a pre-authorization, and the actual payment will be captured once the product is ready to be shipped.

  7. Returns and Refunds: In the event that you are not satisfied with the product upon its arrival, our standard return and refund policy will apply. Please refer to our return policy above.

  8. Communication: We will keep you updated on the progress of the product through regular communication via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and up-to-date.
